Longest Women’s Match in History

Way back in 1984 during the Central Fidelity Banks International, Vicki Nelson and Jean Hapner, both American players, played what is the longest match in women’s history to this day. The match lasted approximately 6 hours and 11 minutes, with the victor being Vicki Nelson. Congratulations to Vicki Nelson on playing an astounding match!
